Johnny is the last few weeks constantly offline. I once donated because Johnny was supposed to be better.

Yeah actually it will be as far as we can expect. After all the issues are settled with Tommy, Johnny's gonna be rebuilt on Sparkie. That will make it super fast. Can't say if it will be as good as Tommy (only time can tell that), but yes, it'll be much better than what it's now and with a lot more uptime than this.

For the present, if you have some really important website which requires uptime, consider shifting to Ricky as you've made a donation. Even though he's overloaded he's way better than the present Johnny. Or you may also wait just a few days now till Tommy's back, she get shifted to it. The choice is really yours. These possibilities exist cuz you donated. Thanks for the donation BTW!

Most probably... But not very soon as Tommy's the first priority. Any project undertaken will be only sheet Tommy is back and stable after users migrate.

As I've said previously to, you may shift to Ricky right now or after a few days to Tommy. An admin will manually move your account since you donated so you needn't recreate your account on another server.

Firstly post your transaction ID here. Then an admin will nice your account.

I hope you're not multi accounting here. If it's your step dad's account, you can ask him to donate. Minimum of just $1. Then that account can be moved as well.

Yes... Then you can post your transaction ID here and request a transfer.

However, there's something, you may be asked for an ID card of both you and your stepdad to confirm two distinct persons. Keep it ready just in case.

Where can I donate? All I can see is the donate button for Sparkie and you have to donate 5 dollar at least and 10% fee?

If you don't need the account 'tissing', go here http://www.heliohost.../scripts/delete and request an account deletion. Be careful user that issue from a desktop only as it doesn't load on mobile.

Go here https://www.heliohost.org/donate . Here you can make a donation, minimum of $1. After you do, post your transaction ID here and an admin will move your account to Ricky.
