If you don't need the account 'tissing', go here http://www.heliohost.../scripts/delete and request an account deletion. Be careful user that issue from a desktop only as it doesn't load on mobile.

Go here https://www.heliohost.org/donate . Here you can make a donation, minimum of $1. After you do, post your transaction ID here and an admin will move your account to Ricky.

The delete page does not load/work for me. 404

@BlueyEmperor: A HelioHost subdomain cannot be an add-on. It must only be the user's main domain. If you try to create it as an add-on, it will say that the HelioHost.org domain is already owned by another user and so you cannot create a subdomain of it. If she'd like a HelioHost subdomain, she can set it through: http://www.heliohost...scripts/domain/.

@sohamb03: I understand that an error appears if you try to add a .HelioHost.org domain as an add-on as I tried it out myself. By the way, the link you stated is incorrectly formatted. The user wants a second domain added as she mentioned multiple posts ago, and yes, if they would like to adjust their main domain, they can use: http://www.heliohost.org/classic/support/scripts/domain/. However, I was actually informed that it is possible to have more than one .HelioHost.org domain. See below:

It is possible to have more than one whatever.heliohost.org type domains, but it requires root+ admin to do it

Alternatively, there are free domains that could be used (such as .tk).

It's possible but not something we usually offer or support. I have to manually create it in WHM if that what she wants. The user-facing interface limits you to a single heliohost.org subdomain (as your main domain).

I'll try to do this later on, Ricky is too slow at the moment to let me sign into WHM...
