fancharl Posted October 5, 2019 Share Posted October 5, 2019 Hello, I had a old Tommy account "marcmul", received the invitation to Tommy today and followed the instructions, choose the suggested new account name "fancharl" and changed the domain to the one I used before "allgaeuwetter.heliohost.org". E-Mail is the same for both accounts. In account status the new name doesn't show up and login is not possible and for the old or the E-Mail only the message for downloading backup/servermaintenance shows up. Could you please help me.
