After Tommy was down, my account status remains backedup. Could you please help with the login again?


My mail is "wyhliverpoolfc@gmail.com".

Please download your Tommy backup from https://www.heliohost.org/backup.

Then post your previous main domain here to be cleaned up by an admin.

After that's done, you'll be sent an invite following which you'll be able to recreate your account on Tommy, and then you can manually restore your backup with help from the admins if needed.

I have recareated the account via the invitation link with new usename. However, after completing the creation process, I got an error that the account is not exist.

(XID dyjpe5) The system cannot accept wyh as a domain name (domain name must have a valid TLD label).

It needed to be wyh.heliohost.org, not just wyh. Invite resent.
