@snowm: You mentioned your suspension for mail a while back...those are actually automatic. The server counts your mail as its sent, and after recipient number 50 it suspends you. We had phishers sending 1000s of emails and our servers were constantly blacklisted for abuse, so we had to limit email overall to prevent that from happening.

 

And yes, .tk domains count as "real" domains, in the sense you can actually control the DNS on them, which is what matters here. Freenom likes to cancel free domains (and subsequently charge an absurd amount of money to get it back) without warning though, so I wouldn't use them for anything that needs to stick around.

We wouldn't ban you if you had followed the rules. Our rules for content are simple: No piracy, no illegal activity, no malware, no hacking, no phishing, no botnets, and no stolen content.
