ticki84 Posted November 7, 2019 Share Posted November 7, 2019 Hi, Following this topic: https://www.helionet.org/index/topic/37568-remote-connection-to-postgresql/ 2 databases have been opened to remote connection from any IP but I still can't remote connect to my databases remotely with the same error as before: FATAL: no pg_hba.conf entry for host "88.163.244.241", user "ticki84_florent", database "ticki84_jiradb", SSL off I tried to connect from my own IP and I got the same message for the ticki84_jiradbuser databaseI used these to connect:host: tommy.heliohost.orgport: 5432database: ticki84_jiradbuser: ticki84_florent Also my port 5432 is opened, do you have any idea?
