[Solved] Increase Per Day E-Mail Limit

I started Gift Voucher selling website and each order require atleast 3-4 mail (Payment received order Confirmation etc) So I want to increase daily email limit to 500 .

 

It don't contain any spam mails all e-mail collected through sign up form.

Please post an example of each of the emails a user might receive.

 

Also, considering the amount of fake gift sites we've had hosted here (these sorts of sites are frequently set up as phishing or fraud), where are you sourcing the vouchers from, and can you prove they're legitimate?

E-Mail forwarding When user create support request ticket created on freshdesk so every mail sent to support also counting as one mail.

Where do you get your email addresses from?

From Sign Up Page When any user purchase gift card they will enter their email address

Firstly User Will not get any mails other than order details

But occasionally if we need to send any newsletter or any other mails there will be unsubscribe button (at bottom of every mail) which will remove the user from newsletter subscription.

@wolstech alternate way I am just asking can I use third party mail service ,I want to know that mail sent from third party is also counted on heliohost network or not??

Yeah you can easily use something like Migadu or anything that offers free mailboxes by setting up the DNS properly.

 

And that's not counted in HelioHost's email limit cuz that's sent through a completely different mail server.

You can use third party if you want. The mail won't count as long as it doesn't go through our SMTP server.
