We will finish the upgrade as quickly as we can, but we don't currently have an ETA on when the server will be online again. If you don't want to wait for us to finish working on your current server you can make a donation, post your username and transaction ID on the forums, and an admin will move your account for you. If you don't want to donate you can create a new account for free at midnight UTC by signing up again. " I cant backing up my file, i really need them. Please let me back up my important file .. Since your account was archived previously (not as part of the upgrade), please give us a few days to get everything up and running again, then we'll unarchive it for you. We have a limited amount of space on our servers, and occasionally we have to remove the unused accounts to make space for new users. To prevent your account from becoming archived again please remember to log in at https://www.heliohost.org/login/ at least once every 30 days. Unarchiving...
