Dear HelioHost

Today I made a donation and started using HelioHost. I'm using server Tommy
and my intention is to host a PostgreSQL server for my external
application. When I try to add a PostgreSQL user for database chrisvan_gkx,
I receive:
Error: The request failed. (Error ID m39ud4)

Could you create an account for me please?
Username database: chrisvan_gkx
Username for new account: chrisvan_db
Password for new account: <removed>

External access: enabled.

Thank you in advance,
Chris van Chip

I logged on to your account and created the user chrisvan_db without any error. Unfortunately you sent the password in your email so it's been sitting here publicly visible for almost 12 hours, so it's definitely not safe to use that password anymore. If you log in to cpanel though you can change the password for the database user.

Remote access enabled.

Dear HelioHost,

Thank you for your help! I'd apologize for sending that password here, it

was primarily intended as temporary password so I could change it.

I wish you success with your support tasks, especially in this period!

Best regards,

Chris van Chip
