[Solved] Subdomains or 2 accounts thinking by greedy user

As far as I know 1 person can subscribe to only 1 account wathever the domain is (tommy, johnny, ricky), not more (no tommy + johnny for example).

 

I currently have an active account. So I cannot have more.

 

Due to the current world situation (pandemic) I was thinking about setting up an environment to provide support (daily entertainment) to the people concerned by the pandemic.

The problem is that I cannot subscribe 2 accounts.

 

I submit the idea and fully understand if it is rejected.

 

An alternative was to create a page into my existing account that redirects to another free host.

There is 1 main problem with this:

I cannot create a $name.heliohost.org.
Subdomains only allows to create $domain.$name.heliohost.org

 

Where I want to keep $domain and $name separated as they have nothing to do together.

Some cpanels allow to create unlimited: $subdomain.heliohost.org

But here it resulted for me in : $domain.$subdomain.heliohost.org

We can manually add a second $sub.heliohost.org for you.

 

First, create a subdomain on your account and give it its own doc root, then let me know what you want the extra domain to be and I'll park it on the subdomain for you. That will give you two separate $sub.heliohost.org sites on a single account

Is the number of subdomains limited to 1?

Anyone can ask for this. Ofc the other subdomain which isn't your main domain has to be obtained with the help of an Admin.

<removed> : 2 weeks ago, I was not aware that it was forbidden to subscribe twice. I registered this domain name, but my account was frozen. It is probable that the domain is not deleted yet, because I never reconnected as it is forbidden. I think I did not even activate it. So if this subdomain was registered by me 2 weeks ago and is empty, please delete it and reassign it as subdomain. I apologize I was not aware that it was not permitted to submit twice.

Remove domains per user preference

The specified domains have been parked on account hrts. There should be two new folders inside public_html to use as the docroots for each of them. The new domains (especially the first one) make take a little while to start working properly. If you see a queued page or 404 error for longer than a few minutes, please clear your cache and flush the DNS resolver on your PC.

 

Also, the account [redacted] has been removed.
