fuzmic Posted April 3, 2020 Author Share Posted April 3, 2020 Can't lo g in to Joomla backup or front end from browser eg peace2u.heliohost.org. This response with "500 Internal Server Error". I am going to have a look at the error log to dig in. I use a Uptime Robot that send to my email. Since Mar30 it says it is down trying to goto peace2.heliohost.org. I can howeverget the CPanel. sjimmie Posted April 3, 2020 Share Posted April 3, 2020 Internal Error 500 doesn't mean that the host is down, if the host would be down you wouldn't get any message at all :-) if you can't find anything in your errorlog ask a rootadmin here to have a look.
