Hi,

is it possible to make a new TXT record for the DNS confiduration? I wanted to get my site indexed by google and thus it requires me to make a new TXT record in the DNS confiugartion. If yes, what do i have to do? Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi !

I am trying to do as above form my website https://strokesupport.in hosted at heliohost.

Accessing DNS Zone Editor via C-panel I see that under Zone records for strokesupport.in there is already a TXT record as under ;

v=spf1 +a +mx +ip4:65.19.143.6 ~all

I have now added another TXT record as required by Google for website verification, as asked at :

https://www.google.com/webmasters/verification/

But verification is failing.

Please advise how to correct, thank you.

It works fine for me. Make sure you the box on the left only contains the domain name, and the one on the right gets the entire string they give you. Mine looks like the attachment when I go to edit it.

If you can't get it to work, use the file-based method instead. I have to use that with my sites that use CF.
