That domain is still queued for me. Autossl can't get a certificate until the domain is working.

As for why it's still queued after 2 days I'm not sure. I'd look into it but I'm not at a computer, so I'll let Krydos take a look.

I get a 403 forbidden error. Clear your browser cache if you see a queued page, and then delete or rename your .htaccess to get rid of the 403 error. Once the 403 is gone the domain should get ssl within 24 hours.

The server is too slow for the validation to work...it's timing out while trying to get the validation file. I think this one is going to be a matter of waiting for load to come down...Ricky is running a load of 42.88 at the moment.

I'd suggest you just set your site up without SSL for now and see if it gets a cert when the load drops.

The certificate for this domain (and another user as well...) is stuck for some reason. It's showing as pending in the queue now as of 11:14 EDT on April 18, but it still hasn't issued after 3 days.

Krydos needs to fix it.

There isn't really anything that can be done. Nothing is broken on our end. What is happening is Comodo is refusing to issue the certificate for some reason. There is no way to reset Comodo's end. Even if I contact cpanel they can't do anything. What I usually do when this happens is use something other than Comodo for the next three months, and then when that certificate expires autossl will probably be working again. I recommend following this guide to install a Let's Encrypt certificate manually https://wiki.helionet.org/Installing_a_Let%27s_Encrypt_SSL_Certificate

Ok thank you, for your information, how to enable lets encrypt at all domain section?, such as cpanel.contoh1.biz.st and etc, because its just only one or two just look like contoh1.biz.st or wwww.contoh1.biz.st, not look like autossl who secure all domain section.
