This is usually happens when Tommy server get over loaded and it can’t handle it very well. We have been receiving a few complaints about Tommy server and we have suspend some of users for running something that is making server causing really slow, but the issue is still exists, and we are currently still on the investigation. My next suggestion that you could you just wait for a while and try again. If it happens again, try a different internet connection (especially if you're at work or school, where firewalls are likely to block it).

No, it has nothing to do with Tommy being overloaded...

It's because the SFTP port on Tommy is 1342 like it says on the SFTP connection information. Johnny's port is 1373. You're still using the old port number from before your account was transferred.

Also, your FTP example isn't FTP it's FTPS so that's why it's not working either. Try plain FTP and it should work.

Thanks, it's working now.

FYI... all config settings I used were copied and pasted from the FTP section of my cPanel as it currently shows:

SFTP Settings SFTP host: tommy.heliohost.org

SFTP port: 1373

SFTP protocol: SFTP

SFTP logon type: Normal

SFTP Username: yeuxnive

SFTP password: <same as cpanel>

That’s weird. Back when the server had crashed and I have to move over to Ricky for temporary until Tommy server gets fixed. Then after that, I moved back to Tommy and when I check SFTP it’s already being updated.

We haven’t heard any complaints about it and you are the person reporting that to us. For now, I wouldn’t worried about that but if we are starting to get a lot of complaints, I’ll let Krydos know about it. For now, this your right settings.
