Johnny and Ricky are more overloaded than Tommy, but even Tommy is hosting thousands of websites at the same time, and if thousands of people around the world try to load those pages at around the same time the load goes up. It's also possible for people on Tommy to run bloated high memory software, like wordpress, which can cause the server to run out of memory and then the load spikes and causes 500 errors for everyone. If you want to remove everyone else causing errors on your website the only way to do that is to get a VPS where your website is the only site on the entire server. 500 errors should be less common on Tommy though.
