Following are the details: a) My Heliohost Username : life2 Server : Tommy c) Heliohost main domain : life.heliohost.org I have no idea why it has been suspended. Presently it hosts three domains ( Wordpress) but all of them are practically personal with hardly any visitors. I had raised a query for my sites being down often and in response one of the admin attached a graph which shows memory usage approaching CPU . Please check again.Indeed it is not- as it shows now..., but it was showing as ' suspended' when I wrote the above post !! Besides. my website https://strokesupport.in on same was also showing the same 'account suspended ' page - now it is working !! ..I have no idea what happened, but thanks for your efforts. wolstech Posted May 24, 2020 Share Posted May 24, 2020 I’ve seen this happen a few times before...it’s something to do with a glitch in the Apache configuration, and when it happens, many if not all accounts on the server show a bogus suspended or inactive page.
