Krydos Posted June 9, 2020 Share Posted June 9, 2020 You can't create a new post in Email Support because that subforum is for support tickets automatically created by people who email support@heliohost.org. When you reply to a topic there it sends an email to the topic creator. So some random guy got an email from you requesting postgis. This is why we try to lock the threads in that subforum after they're solved. If you need support in the future please create them in Customer Support, not Email Support. Alternatively you can email support@heliohost.org and your email will be posted in Email Support for everyone to see and respond to.
