Django is only installed on one version of Python per server, and Tommy utilizes Python 3.7 for Django. You might want to consider porting from Python 2 to 3, since Python 2 is no longer supported. Alternatively, Django 1.11 is the last version to support Python 2.7, and since Ricky is the only server with Django 1.11, you could give Django a try on there.
