It's not a php extension, it's a linux binary. https://support.mfscripts.com/public/kb_view/34/ That can't be installed on the shared hosting. Since 2GB of ram already increases the price to $7/m, you're getting less then base price a month WITH the 2GB of ram, for 6 months.
