Hi,

 

I'm trying to connect to my database using the following config but it did not work. After searching on the forum, It seems like I need to contact Customer Support for the remote access to be enabled first. Below is my config:

 

user: 'hn16289_admin',

host: 'johnny.heliohost.org',

database: 'hn16289_testDB',

password: '*******',

port: 5432

 

Any help would be much appreciated.

Ps: the username and password I'm using is the database user account, not really sure if it should be the main heliohost account or not.
