I paid 25$ last Saturday via PayPal to get a Tommy server account and initiated all actions. Unfortunately, I acted hastily and during domain name submission I inserted the domain : nikpapws.heliohost.gr without prior notice that it is NOT free. However, I saw it in Sunday and I used "Change Main Domain" from HeliosHost Toolsto change it to: nikpapws.heliohost.us Eversince, no change has been made whatsoever ! I have contacted chat twice, they have tried to change it with no success yet ! Please let me know what actions should be made to rectify it and get my changed name domain registered ! wolstech Posted January 7, 2021 Share Posted January 7, 2021 Changed. It may take an hour or two start working, and SSL may take up to 24 hours. The main domain change tool does not work reliably for the .us subdomains which is why you're having trouble. It's a known issue. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I would have no problem with the domain name: nikpapws.heliohost.org at all ! Please let me know if this could rectify things faster and easier for you !
