Even after we upgrade Ricky we expect to start upgrading on Tommy soon to be better and as well as the softwares are getting upgrades too! As for Lily server, I can get another admin to help you set one time. That server is currently running on Windows and if you have applications that need to run on Windows, then this is a best option for you to get. Also, It’s not recommended to be running a Wordpress onto our servers! WP is just really badly written, It's the number one cause of weird errors, causing our servers to get a high amount of risk and this leads you into suspended and even Phishing bans. (usually when the hackers set up phishing on your account) A 500 error with WP is almost always due to installing defective, bloated, or simply too many plugins. It’s really terrible and it throws in a lot of errors and also a lot of hacks. The best way to avoid this is to use another software like Joomla.
