(...) try again." I made several attempts, even resetting my password to use only ASCII characters, but no success. Also, it doesn't seem to be an issue with Tommy as it seems to be running as usual.That left me with no other option than to come here and humbly ask some of you kind guys over there to remove my account for me, and if it's possible, I'd like to have this helionet account removed as well. I'm trying to move my account from Ricky to Tommy as there are no more news since February 14th about cPanel issue but I'm not able to use the script mentioned in Wiki. How can I proceed? As for Ricky accounts, if you're in that boat, simply skip the delete and sign up again. You won't be able to delete an account from a server that isn't working. If you require your website to be online as soon as possible we recommend moving to Johnny or Tommy. Is it possible to delete my account so I can sign up again? Thanks for your helpYou can sign up again. When Ricky comes back, you should be able to delete it. Currently Johnny and Tommy are available. Signups reset in about an hour and 15 minutes from now.
