I ordered a Redis server on redislabs.com. I can connect to my redis from my computer, but my website on Tommy cannot. Please allow port 15071 to connect to external redis server. I am using Tommy. Thank you very much.

What is the IP address of the remote server?

The hostname is redis-15071.c1.us-west-2-2.ec2.cloud.redislabs.com:15071.

Outbound port opened.

Note that our firewall doesn't accept hostnames. That hostname seems to resolve to 35.167.241.233 so I opened it for that IP. If this changes, I'll need to update the record to make it work again.
