Krydos Posted July 3, 2021 Share Posted July 3, 2021 Your account failed to create twice because of this error (XID 5zn55h) A DNS entry for xd.heliohost.us already exists. You must remove this DNS entry from this server or all servers in the DNS cluster to proceed. That means that all the remnants of the original account weren't fully deleted.
