How can I recover a database copy in phpmyadmin as a .sql file?

  1. Go to https://www.heliohost.org/backup/
  2. Enter your username and email address.
  3. Check your email for the download link.
  4. Download your cpmove-notron07.tar.gz file.
  5. Extract the file on your computer.
  6. Navigate to cpmove-notron07/mysql/
  7. Copy the .sql files you need.

is there a way to access email? I used the cPanel webmail email for some website.

  1. Go to https://www.heliohost.org/backup/
  2. Enter your username and email address.
  3. Check your email for the download link.
  4. Download your cpmove-free3.tar.gz file.
  5. Extract the file on your computer.
  6. Navigate to cpmove-free3/homedir/mail/slideshare.heliohost.org/
  7. Each directory here is a different email address.
  8. Your emails are files located in the /cur/ directory of each email address with names like 1624619090.M994159P18382.ricky.heliohost.org,S=31576,W=32036:2,S

I cannot find a backup for notron07 and notron0755@interia.pl.

You're on Johnny. That server isn't done backing up yet. Only Tommy and Ricky are done. Johnny is estimated to finish in 3 days.
