[HH#350539] Re: Can't get into cpanel

Hi,

When trying to open my cPanel I get "Maximum users exceeded."
This has been happening since yesterday July 15.
I realize there was some problem with cpanel licensing.
Can this problem be solved?

The TL;DR is that we're not fixing cPanel because we feel they just did this to try and extort $17k from us. Instead we're just starting over with Plesk since they offered a deal even better than cPanel's (now revoked) nonprofit 3 license offering.

Since it appears you're on Tommy, we're estimating about a month before the server will be working normally again. Backups will be available in the next few days, which once available will be followed by the server going offline for rebuild.

EDIT: Krydos beat me by seconds :P

Thank you for being understanding. We'll get the new servers online with Plesk as soon as possible. In the meantime let us know if you need help with anything or need to figure out a way to keep your website online temporarily during the rebuild.

Hi,

?I am not sure where the host revision (Plesk) stands. I got a notice
that an email apparently from Plesk was undeliverable. Not sure if
this was important. Please see attached jpg.

I have no idea what that was. It's an NDR email for a message sent to web (at) artistsregistry.com, which does not accept mail. Unless you tried to send mail there somehow, you shouldn't have gotten that bounce back. It's possible it was an error when Krydos was working on the server, but either way I think it's safe to simply ignore it at this point.
