Perda de acesso SSH e FTP

It seems that the entire HelioHost VPS is down. (Currently my VPS is also down) I was able to confirm this situation from Discord.
VPS admin is working on this recovery.

 

My VPS got a response. When you see this, your VPS will be able to connect.

      I'm making my first steps here with both, server(hhosting) and laravel and would like to get some help setting things up.
       
      Firstly, I don't really understand if you have an option to use SSH / Console or not. If yes, how can I access it, please? And if no, well, is there anyone here who know how should I install Laravel 5.4.15? I guess it's goin' to be a real headache, but who knows, maybe not.
