[Solved] Would like to get my SSL stuff set up

The certificate in your home directory expired on 2021-08-30. You'll need to generate a new one.

You can copy/paste the text in the certificate.crt file into a tool like this to check its expiration date. https://www.sslshopper.com/certificate-decoder.html Don't copy/paste the private.key though. The contents of that file need to be kept private.

Alright, I replaced them with newly made ones. They're good for 90 days so I'll eventually have to do this again (unless the new Plesk stuff is up by then).

I just remembered that I bought one that lasted for a year so I'm gonna re-download those and replace the ones I just put, hopefully it works.

I still don't see a .key file. There's the certificate .crt and there's the ca-bundle, and there's a pkcs7 file .p7b which is just another format of the .crt and ca-bundle added together, but it doesn't include the private key.

The good news is this certificate is good until 2022-06-01 as soon as we can find the .key file for it.
