Garfield501 Posted January 3, 2010 Share Posted January 3, 2010 Hello, I wanted to sign-up at HelioHost.com. So I followed all the instructions and I got the email that my account is installed. Then I waited until I could enter my acount. Then around 12 hours after my registration, I got an email saying the following: Dear garfield, Your hosting account at HelioHost has encountered an error during installation. The error is: Please visit "http://www.heliohost.org/scripts/signup.php" and try to signup again. Regards, HelioHost Staff I thought, what the ...? An error occured, but I don't see an error in the email. So I just registered again, and a few hours later, I get the same email for my new account. What am I doing wrong? Mark PS. Byron Posted January 4, 2010 Share Posted January 4, 2010 It looks like it went through this time. Your site should be visible 24 hours from now. Tried signing up twice only to receive an e-mail telling me that my "hosting account at HelioHost has been installed" followed by an e-mail with the same error stated in the TC's post.
