HelioHost
Username: N/A, Server: N/A, Main Domain: N/AHello, I have noticed my account is ready for migration to Plesk (https://www.heliohost.org/eta/?u=rockygl1) , however I have not received a link. I think a different email may be registered with my account. My user is rockygl1 with domain http://www.rockyglaciers.org/. The SSL certificate is also expired. Your help is much appreciated Many thanks, Scott

Krydos
Sure, I can change your email address on your account. Can I send an email to the Hotmail address to confirm ownership of the account, or would you like to verify ownership of the account in a different way? We can't just change email addresses without first confirming ownership.

Krydos
Verification email has been sent. Once you reply I'll change the contact email address in the system, and send you a new Plesk invite to the new email.

HelioHost Posted yesterday at 05:34 AM Author Share Posted yesterday at 05:34 AM Hi Heliohost, Thanks for the Plesk move. Before the move, my website was configured with Joomla. Is there a way to restore this site structure from the backupfile in my home directory? I tried installing Joomla through the Plesk applications but it started from scratch. Krydos Posted yesterday at 05:46 AM Share Posted yesterday at 05:46 AM The Joomla site was transferred from cPanel to Plesk and you can see it at https://rockyglaciers.org/ Here's what public_html/index.php looks like <?php /** * @package Joomla.Site * * @copyright Copyright (C) 2005 - 2020 Open Source Matters, Inc. All rights reserved. * @license GNU General Public License version 2 or later; see LICENSE.txt */ That's definitely a Joomla file.
HelioHost Posted yesterday at 06:09 AM Author Share Posted yesterday at 06:09 AM Thanks. I manually copied the public_html directory from the backup after installing Joomla through Plesk and the website disappearing, but when logging in to the Joomla dashboard it wasn?t correcntly configured. My account now seems to be suspended for exceeding the disk space ? apologies ? but I can?t access the database to delete anything Thanks, Scott From: HelioHost Support Sent: 16 May 2022 06:46 To: scott_520002@hotmail.co.uk Subject: Re: [HH#342044] Plesk migration The Joomla site was transferred from cPanel to Plesk and you can see it at https://rockyglaciers.org/ Here's what public_html/index.php looks like /** * @package Joomla.Site * * @copyright Copyright (C) 2005 - 2020 Open Source Matters, Inc.
