I?ve been paying multiple months without being able to even use your services, they don?t work and I don?t need it. I would like a refund for all the months I?ve wasted trying to get heliohost working.

The service you are offering me has not been fulfilled to this day and I don?t want to pay another month and I need to be reimbursed the funds that were wasted on useless services.

Your subscription has been canceled, and a refund has been issued. Thank you for using our VPS service. For future reference, if you're having trouble figuring out how to do something it would probably make sense to contact support for assistance.

Hey if you notice I haven?t been using the service for the past 3 months because it?s been useless to me. I tried contacting support to get it fixed and it continued to not work properly. It should have worked. It was a simple A record that was accurate as other services connected just fine.

I meant to cancel it 3 months ago but just didn?t have the time because I?m very busy. I would like a refund for those last 2 months as well.

I haven?t been able to use your service for 3 months.. I had everything correct yet for some reason only heliohost didn?t work for me. I have tried contacting support and they said everything was correct after getting people to fully evaluate my hosting service? I was going to cancel 3 months ago but I never got the time because I?m a very busy man. I?ve wasted 61.56$ On useless services which is false-advertisement. your not giving the product your claiming to offer and I could get lawyers on this if I wanted to. I don?t want to go there but I?ve only got 20.52$ back so I?m expecting 41.04$ from the other 2 months that were wasted. I?ve even been checking on the server and even directly connecting to the up on my browser with a basic html file hosting and it said an Nginx error every time. This is not okay. Please refund the last two payments I sent and I?ll be happy, thanks.

The VPS you purchased was 100% functional and had 100% uptime during the time that you were using it. We don't monitor if you're actually logging in and a lot of people set things up and then don't log in for months at a time because they don't need to as long as the payments are good the VPS will continue to be online. It was your choice not to contact support for help, and it was your choice not to use it for some reason even though it was working perfectly, and it was your choice to continue paying for it even though you couldn't figure out how it worked.

The memory you were using couldn't be sold to anyone else while you were using it and it's not possible to return that memory that you used for several months. If you had canceled sooner we could have sold that memory to someone else. You were using a dedicated IP for several months that we couldn't use for anything else. You were using hard drive space on our server that we couldn't use for anything else. Since your VPS was powered on it was also using CPU time that no one else on the server could access while your server was using it.

You have been refunded for the unused portion of your subscription, and your subscription was canceled promptly as soon as you asked. It's standard policy for all companies to not return the cost of services that were used because it's not possible to unuse the service and return time to us. If this was a product like a pair of pants or something you could return the product to us and we could resell it to someone else, but this isn't a product it's a service and there is no way for you to give back what you used.

I couldn?t even use the server it was having an Nginx error and I know what that is because I have my own server. I told you guys that the server wasn?t working and you guys should have fixed not. Not left it broken for months.

I didn?t use it, I couldn?t use it. There was no proper connection from the file manager and the remote address. Making your service broken.

VPS don't come with Nginx preinstalled, so if Nginx was broken it was because you installed it wrong. If you had asked for help with Nginx we would have helped you. Likewise, VPS also don't come with a file manager installed by default, so if it was broken it was because you installed it wrong. If you had asked for help with the file manager we could have helped you with it.

VPS do come with the operating system you choose, with SSH access to run commands, and SFTP connection to upload files. VPS are fully tested before the IP address and access information is sent to you. The VPS was fully functional in every way before you logged in. If you broke the VPS somehow by trying to install stuff you could have just asked us for help and we would have either fixed it or wiped the server and reinstalled the operating system over again for free.

We've had hundreds of VPS users over the years, some of which have been paying us for our service since 2018, and you're the first person to claim that our service doesn't work. We don't violate your privacy by inspecting your VPS unless you ask us to, so if something was "broken for months" it was because you broke it and then refused to ask for help.
