juris Posted July 20, 2022 Share Posted July 20, 2022 Hi everyone, I just sent myself an email earlier and received from Gmail this report saying that the mail I sent was probably an unsolicited email. So to verify what was happening, I sent myself from the main mail account an email and it was also declared as an unsolicited mail. Do you have any idea on how to solve this problem? Thanks! wolstech Posted July 20, 2022 Share Posted July 20, 2022 I've gotten that before. Gmail requires you have either SPF or DKIM set up. Your domain appears to have neither at the moment. Krydos Posted July 20, 2022 Share Posted July 20, 2022 SPF and DKIM have been set up for jurisconsult.mg. Try sending an email to https://www.mail-tester.com/ and post the report here. This tool will let you know if your emails are set up correctly. Please send a real email without any private information included. If you send an email that just says "test" or something your spam score will be high. Also when you post the report link all of the contents of the email will be visible to anyone who clicks the link so don't include any private information in the email.
