rockcave Posted January 20, 2023 Share Posted January 20, 2023 Before switching to plesk, I had two domains hosted on the same site, mirc-rockcavera.tk and rockcavera.tk. rockcavera.tk even had a mirc.rockcavera.tk subdomain that pointed to the same location. However, since the switch to plesk I have lost rockcavera.tk and mirc.rockcavera.tk. I wanted to get them back as they are needed for my API compatibility. Krydos Posted January 21, 2023 Share Posted January 21, 2023 The problem is rockcavera.tk was an alias domain, so it transferred to Plesk as an alias domain. However, on Plesk alias domains cannot have subdomains like they can on cPanel. To solve your issue I deleted rockcavera.tk and re-added it as a normal domain (not an alias) and then created the missing subdomain for you.
