deng yunlan Posted June 4, 2010 Share Posted June 4, 2010 my user name is denglan. i created an addon domain 1webstudio.co.cc two days ago.it seems that the domain is still under configuration. when i visit http://www.1webstudio.co.cc,it says 'HelioHost has not gotten about to installing and configuring your account yet'. why it takes so long to setup? please help. Byron Posted June 4, 2010 Share Posted June 4, 2010 We've had a backlog of new accounts and it's causing people to stay in the queue a little while longer than they normally would.
