lappy512
Hey Everyone! Ive discovered a new webmail client that can access IMAP servers (which you have on Helionet), and it's much better than Neomail, Horde, or Squirrelmail. It's URL is: http://mail.krazyletter.com/roundcube/ Your username would be either: Your username you use to login to your cpanel, or if it's another email account, theusername@yourdomain.heliohost.org or theusername@yourdomain.com The server is heliohost.org If you don't trust me, you can use this test account: User: test@lappy.heliohost.org Pass: test Server: heliohost.org It's AJAX Powered, so it's cool
Kyougi
Cool >.< Took me thirty minutes to properly set it up though... the instructions were confusing, and postgresql wouldn't work.
lappy512
Took me 5 mins, although you can access it from even KL, if you want. Why would you want to use PostGreSQL? Why not mySQL?
Kyougi
PostGreSQL is more secure compared to MySQL and is less targeted torwards attacks.
Ashoat
True... and it also have a few more advanced capabilities. Only problem is that no one uses it. For instance, to get it working for IPB, you need to pay... wait, they don't even have one! They only have Oracle and MS-SQL... Although there is a PostgreSQL database driver for 1.3 made as a modification... but I don't really think its worth it to change databases unless its officially supported by IPS. Anyways, we're upgrading to 2.1 soon.

I believe there was a patch for PGSQL, i forgot to mention it, it's at sourceforge AG, I did discover it, because it was a program that I installed on my website, it's found here.
