Guest Geoff Posted August 2, 2011 Share Posted August 2, 2011 The problem occurs because cpanel's file manager opens a new process when you begin using it. The process dies after several minutes of inactivity, or after you logout of cpanel. If you already have a few processes running, this added process will cause you to exceed your process limit, preventing the use of any dynamic scripting languages.
