  1. Was able to issue the certificate and now the alias domain is working as it should otherwise as well. Thank you! ///JRP
  2. Hello I'm trying to issue a Let's Encrypt certificate for my alias domain corgisighting.info of the main domain csdb.heliohost.org, but this causes a "could not issue" error. Looking at the related Plesk troubleshooting page, it looks like the reason might be name resolution because the main domain and the alias domain IPs returned by a query are not the same: the former resolves to 65.19.141.77 and the latter to 65.19.143.6 (see attached files). Also, trying to navigate to the alias domain redirects to Heliohost's "SSL Not Configured" page for https and "Account Queued" page for http which also would seem to indicate DNS resolves to wrong IP. The main domain works with both protocols. At Plesk control panel, both domains are listed at IP 65.19.141.77. I tried to correct the issue by switching on "Synchronize DNS zone with the primary domain" for the alias domain but this causes a "permission denied" error so I don't know what I can do myself to rectify the situation. ///Jouni Pohjola
  3. Is there an alternative way to donate for the current Server Improvement project apart from GoFundMe? I have never been able to get any of my credit cards to get accepted there IIRC. I think it's because it's system of checking addresses almost solely works with US ones.
  4. TinyUrl blocks heliohost.org as well. I guess it's time to start thinking about registering some domains ///JRP
  5. OK I'll make a separate request for additional heliohost.org subdomains then. ///JRP
  6. Thanks! I'm usure however what I should do to manage the DNS in this case. If I use <something>.heliohost.org as the new subdomain, does it link to Heliohost DNS automatically? I didn't have paid-for domain names previously so the old domain names for the sites are lost anyway. ///JRP
  7. Hello As of about two weeks ago, the previous hosting service of my two other sites (besides csdb.heliohost.org) decided to delete my sites (one of which I was webmastering for another person) and my accounts, possibly due to account inactivity. As they they failed to warn me about this and they don't allow re-registering of the old domain names, I've decided I don't need their services any more. However as I would like to keep those two sites up on the 'net I would like to ask if it's possible to host them with you since your service has been the most reliable one I've used so far (aside of the Tommy crash which wasn't due to your actions obviously). The FAQ says there can be only one account per user but I'm not sure if it means there can also be just a single site. Looking at the account control panel, it appears there can be only one per account so it's probably the same thing in practice? I'm willing to sign up for multiple accounts but I'd rather not impersonate multiple people. I'm willing to donate funds to get the extra sites. ///Jouni Pohjola
  8. Invitation received and account registered, thank you! Still relinquishes in the creation queue tho but I suppose it'll get through eventually. ///JRP
  9. Hello Since Tommy persist on being unavailable, I would like to request an invite to Ricky. Tommy donation transaction ID: 4DK2490768289312M, date 20 December 2016, email jouni[.]pohjola{@}gmail[.]com. Also donated for Sparkie but couldn't find details on a casual peruse; I do believe it wasn't a requisite for this. No restore from backup is necessary as I have all the files on my workstation. ///Jouni Pohjola
