Hello, I believe that I have accidentally stumbled upon a potential security issue and would like to report it. I also understand that posting it on the forums would only make it known. I have sent a PM to djbob and, because I didn't have permission, he has not read it. How would I go about reporting this without posting it on the public forums? I'm not sure if this would be the section for this but I didn't believe that it was worthy of the Customer Support section either. Daniel Sage

I'm sorry about the delay, PayPal support finally responded and told me that my there is nothing wrong... not very helpful so I guess I will just have to wait until I can get this fixed. That's a relief, I will tell you when/if I can get this issue worked out and send the money.

PayPal keeps giving me an error saying that my account has reached its spending limit, but yet I have never made a payment and verified my account. I will contact PayPal support and try to get this resolved. To let you know I am not trying to rip you off, you may feel free to suspend my account until I send the money. I won't take offense.

Sounds good, I'll check back every once in a while. By the way, this one reason why I love HelioHost so much more than SiteGround (Not even worth the referral link anymore), the support you offer is from somebody who cares and not somebody who keeps checking the clock to see when their shift ends. I had recently created a thread, located here, and noticed that I still have the IP and that the response seemed like the thread had been misunderstood. On my screen i saw... What I was trying to say was, I do not need a IP, I would like to give my IP to any other member that would like it. I am hoping that this can be done, so that I do not waste your time and money.

I would like to ask that the dedicated IP address that was created for my website be given away if it is needed, I am saying this because I not been able to use my account recently (too busy) and would not like to waste money for the owners of this site.
