I'm still getting account inactive even though I renewed it and logged into cpanel. When I click on renew button and login, it says that your account cannot be renewed as it is already activate. And also please provide me the backup if other account.

My website is suspended due to done reason. It show message that either I used excessive resources or did something which is not allowed like spamming etc (I'm surprised webhost don't know the exact reason. Kindly reactivate my website as I didn't do any such thing mentioned on the page.
