Thanks for the clarification. Another thing that confused me was that on the home page, Server Status section on the bottom left hand corner, Stevie is shown with a red cross. So if Stevie is up, why is my site (http://moth3r.heliohost.org/) not accessible?

On the news page (here) it says that a memory test is being run on Stevie, and that it should be back up in 12 hours or so. However, Stevie has now been down for about 2-3 weeks. Can we please have an update?
