i need root acess to my server to install the ssl Certificates . how can i do that and if its posible to do it witout that?

My account is suspended for no reason. I just have a tamplate there installed (wordpress) and a exe (installation created with winrar) for some testing. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. i try to install a script for testing end learning, but its says that i need ioncube_loader_lin_7.2.so how to fix that? i try change php version.
