hello, could you please clear all mailbox info from the cache on my account. I have removed the domain name and recreated same thinking it will resolve the issue but no. I had manually deleted the mailbox account from the file server and now when i try to create same i am getting an error message that the mail box already exists. If it is not possible to clear the cache, could you please explain how i can remove all contents and do a fresh install on my account. thank you
