I can't login to heliohost.org account; oddly enough, I could login here with the exact same credentials!

Do you think maybe the proxy was automatically detected and used by bots? I just want to be abble to tunnel through a http connection so that I can access heroku or aws behind networks that block these ports.

My account was suddenly banned with absolutelly no reason. I just wanted a realiable place in internet to put some files and access ssh (because I work with aws) when I am behind a restrictive public wifi), but this is the second time I have problems with heliohost in less than 24 hours, and this time my account was suspended with absolutely no reason! What kind of service is one in which I can make normal use of hosting for one day without having account banned? This is not only a technical problem, to ban someone's account this way is simply a complete lack of respect for the user.

I thank you very much for the prompt response. Nonetheless, for future events, I have to call your attention regarding the fact that the host and port that were provided in the ftp section of the management panel were completetly differente from these you gave me right now.

First of all, I can't use the administration panel to upload a whole folder (or at least documentation in this direction is very under what could be considered a reasonable location), which forced me to try filezilla. Nevertheless, I created an ftp account with a certain user and password and it simply didn't work with filezilla. I tried many times changing the password and trying again, with various combinations of possible logins and ports, and nothing. And now you block my access to my administration panel and MY content because of your fault? That is unnacetable, really disapointing! This sadly proofs heliohost is FAR from the level of reliability that I would want to store my personal data, even cryptographed, because now I know I can suddenly be blocked from having access to it! Such a shame.
