  1. User: b0ardfac Server: tommy Domain: ff4-free-enterprise.com Hi, my account has been suspended. It has been suspended before due to high resource use -- is it the same reason again this time? I took steps after the last incident to try to reduce the resource load but it's possible the site has grown too large anyway. Thanks!
  2. Okay -- I'll see what happens at the next scheduled cron time
  3. That particular error is from running a different version of Python; can you try using "/usr/bin/env python3.6" in place of "/usr/bin/python"?
  4. The first version I tried was using a script in my cgi-bin, and it was successfully executing from the browser. My first attempt at setting up the cron job had the command as "/home/b0ardfac/public_html/cgi-bin/cleanup.py" and that did not work. My script always produces some output, which is why when I received no emails, I assumed the cron job was not running.
  5. I'll try that particular formation. Should I be receiving emails from cron job attempts even if the execution fails? So far I have not received any emails about cron job execution. My account was also recently autosuspended this past weekend for resource use, I'm not sure if that may be a factor?
  6. I've set up a cron job to clear out some old temporary files periodically, but I can't tell if it's been running -- I have the email address setup but haven't received any messages, and files haven't been getting cleaned. Is there a way to test my cron job setup without running afoul of the twice-per-day limit? User: b0ardfac Server: tommy Thanks!
  7. User: b0ardfac Server: Tommy Domain: ff4-free-enterprise.com Sorry for the double-post, wasn't sure if the previous closed post is still monitored for replies; apologies if so. My account is still showing up as suspended after clearing cache, and still shows as suspended when trying to login to cPanel via the main site. I was wondering if the restoration has a time delay, or if I may have triggered the auto-suspend again? Sorry to bother you again.
  8. Hi, sorry to bother again -- after a cache clear my account is still showing as suspended, as well as trying to login from the main site. Is there a time delay? Or perhaps did the auto-suspension kick in again immediately?
  9. Thank you very much. There are some easy things I can do to reduce load that I can think of, I will try to get those done ASAP. But it is entirely possible I will need to look into paid hosting, and if HostGator is set up in a similar manner as Heliohost to facilitate an easy migration then that may be ideal. Thank you again!
  10. Username: b0ardfac Server: Tommy Domain: ff4-free-enterprise.com Hi, just saw the account was suspended. There would have been a spike of activity in use today for a tournament -- I was wondering if it was suspended for resource use as a result, or if there was a different reason? Thanks for your time in advance.
  11. Sorry for the delayed response; I was using VPN to get around the issue, and then got super busy for quite a long while. It seems my regular FTP is working again without requiring VPN, so I'm not sure what changed there; perhaps it was something with my ISP, as theorized. SFTP still isn't working for me; when I attempt to connect with FileZilla it gives this output: Status: Connecting to tommy.heliohost.org:1342... Status: Connected to tommy.heliohost.org Error: Received unexpected end-of-file from SFTP server Error: Could not connect to server Status: Waiting to retry... Status: Connecting to tommy.heliohost.org:1342... Response: fzSftp started, protocol_version=8 Command: open "b0ardfac@tommy.heliohost.org" 1342 Command: Pass: ******** Status: Connected to tommy.heliohost.org Error: Received unexpected end-of-file from SFTP server Error: Could not connect to server
  12. FileZilla: Host: tommy.heliohost.org Port: 1342 Protocol: SFTP - SSH File Transfer Protocol Logon Type: Normal Server Type: Default (Autodetect) Transfer mode: Default Charset: Autodetect WinSCP: File protocol: SFTP Host name: tommy.heliohost.org Port number: 1342 (Advanced options on initial settings) Are there specific advanced/detailed settings you need?
  13. That is my usual IP, yes. I also tried connecting from other machines on my home network and had the same issues, so if it's not IP-related then it may be my ISP. My SFTP connection has never worked though, either normally or through the VPN; I always get a failure to initialize SFTP protocol after authenticating, or a disconnect with error code 1 -- this happens with WinSCP and with Filezilla.
  14. Hi, I'm finding myself unable to connect to Tommy via FTP. (I have been using FTP because I never got SFTP to work, either; I am using WinSCP and Filezilla.) The connection just seems to close as soon as I connect. Is there currently an issue? EDIT: found that I can connect to FTP through VPN, though SFTP still fails as before. Has my IP been marked as bad? (Also, on an unrelated matter, I'm finding the main Customer Support forum page ( https://www.helionet.org/index/forum/45-customer-service/ ) is maxing out my CPU usage, somehow? Reproduced in Chrome, Firefox, and Edge)
  15. Hello, if possible I would like to move my account from Johnny to either Ricky or Tommy, whichever may be more suitable for my use case (ie. Python3; short data processing tasks triggered by user request, the quicker the better). Username: b0ardfac Paypal Transaction ID: 1G613212MU779730P Thank you!
