Hi, I am unable to add extra users with cPanel. They appear to be created, but they can't log in. I've tried : username and passwordusername@< our domain >.heliohost.org and passwordouruser@our.email and passwordI tried the three above on the addresses : https://www.heliohost.org/https://johnny.heliohost.org:2083/ Am I doing something wrong? Which of those is correct?Am I limited to a single user?Is this a known issue? Thanks
