He's on Johnny which doesn't have autossl available. You have to upgrade to Ricky or Tommy for that. Since you picked Johnny he can be a bit buggy with long delicate tasks such as installing an ssl certificate or creating an addon domain. Usually the best solution is just to try a couple times until it works. I installed a free let's encrypt certificate on my personal Johnny account yesterday and it took like 8 tries before it worked. Firstly, Did you try the installation for add-on domain?!! Secondly, The error message is absurd!!! It tolds me that the certificate doesn't support "strmr.tk" but it supports "strmr.tk" !!!!! how this could be?!!

Of course all steps were correct, and the prove is that I mentioned that the main domain certificate was installed correctly...

It is a free Cert. and I dont want an automatic installation I want to install my own. Thanks for reply.

I created CSR using wildcard and without wildcard and using www. prefix and without and always getting this message: Any help would be greatly appreciated..

No, I was using "ahmedsuror.tk" as an Alias but I removed it before requesting main domain change.

I've used this script to change my main domain from "suror.heliohost.org" to "ahmedsuror.tk" more than 48 hours ago but nothing happened, can you please solve this?

In this scenario, it probably failed because it was already added. You cannot make a domain your main domain if it's already added as an alias or addon domain. You need to remove it from Aliases, then change the try to change the main domain again. Thanks for reply

Thanks it worked but not on "ahmedsuror.tk" but on the main domain "suror.heliohost.org", and I'm waiting the queue page to leave... By the way, where did you get that name "ahmedsuror.tk", is it from WHM? I want to make "ahmedsuror.tk" my main domain and I used this script you provide and I was told to wait 48 hours and I'm waiting, but to know I'm using "ahmedsuror.tk" as an Alias in CPanel would that make a problem?
