This domain stopped working suddenly. What's the root cause?

How can I back it up as I can not access the backend now?

Really bad issue. Maybe all of the data has been lost.

Is there any problem for the free hosting now? I could not sign in to my dashboard. actually the password is correct. and the site could not be accessed.

However, I renewed it. but I found the Java is not enabled again. That's crazy for me as it requires to wait for some months. Could you please help me to check it and fix it as soon as possible?
