  1. Is that something I need an invitation for, or is it just first-come, first-served?
  2. Well, you got logged in so I guess you figured out that you have to user your username on the forums too. I am able to log in to the forums with my username, but if I try the "deletion request" page, it gives me an error that my username can't be found. I'm not trying to "move" anything, per se... I only have a fresh Wordpress install on my account and was never able to get SSL working. I'd prefer to start over with a new install on another server. So are you saying a donation is required to "move" to Tommy, as in transfer all my data? Or is it required simply to open an account on Tommy? Is this only for Tommy, or is that the case for the other servers as well? Sorry for my ignorance, I'm just trying to make sure I understand the rules. Thanks for your help.
  3. I tried using the deletion request link from the docs, but it says my cpanel login (which as far as I know, has always been my email address) couldn't be found. I also tried my support forum login, but I got the same error. I am currently on Johnny and am having issues with SSL certs and stability and would like to create another account on Tommy. Please help me delete my existing account. Thank you.
  4. Krydos, So you're saying I can't use the certs provided to me by my registrar?
  5. Hello, I just installed a WordPress site on Johnny and I have set up my registrar to point to the heliohost nameservers. My registrar (PorkBun.com) offers free SSL certificates through Let's Encrypt and when I went to install them two nights ago, the form in cpanel was able to automatically retrieve them. Install ways successful and I have even verified that what is installed in cpanel matches the ssl bundle that I downloaded form Porkbun. When I visit my domain (hipotlabs.com) without https, the page loads fine, however anytime I click a link in the page with https or manually prefix the url with https, I get the "website is not secure" page. If I choose to bypass the warning and proceed to the page, I get a "Index of /" header at the top of the page with the cgi-bin folder listed underneath. I read in the documentation about adding a folder under the home directory, and another folder within that to upload a separate file to verify ownership of the domain, but Porkbun does not seem to provide such a file from what I can tell. Please let me know if I've done something wrong or if that lack of verification file is the issue. Thanks in advance.
