  1. Dear admins, in the past you sent mails when it was about the 30 day login activity. Unfortunatley this doesn't happen anymore (i also don't have them in spam). So i got back from holiday and the account was set to inactive. Please reenable the java stuff for me because i have running the licence checks for my products on them. The login is thmuellr Thank you in advance. Kind regards Thomas
  2. After aprox. 10 minutes the deployment it ends with errors.
  3. Hi, i think there are still issues, because i'm also stuck at deployment process after the site wasn't responding anymore. Kind regards Th. Müller
  4. Hi, after you suspended thmuelle and i created thmuellr after you sent me a new invitation i also need tomcat again to run my servlet. Since wordpress caused the problem. It's recommended to run only plain tomcat on the account? Thank you. Kind regards Th. Müller I also not able to transfer my domain tm-tradingzone.com to the new accout. This is the error message i got (XID 8p9p7q) Sorry, the domain is already pointed to an IP address that does not appear to use DNS servers associated with this server. Please transfer the domain to this servers nameservers or have your administrator add one of its nameservers to /etc/ips.remotedns and make the proper A entries on that remote nameserver. DNS for it already pointing to the IP 65.19.143.6
  5. My account on Tommy is suspended (tm-tradingzone.com). I can't believe this realy. I have donated for a place on that server and only have running there one servlet. On this servlet once a day my customers (aroud 50) calling a licence check. The check only send arequest to a second server and gives back a small response to the customers. I don't believe that this will consume resources that slows down your server (i believe your acrhcitecture with a shared tomcat for all is more a problem than a small servlet). I want that you activate the account an start the servlet again. Thank you
  6. Hi, i'm facing this problem since yesterday (it has run smoothly around 3-4 weeks now). In my servelt i send a get request to a server via HTTPS. jsonResponse = Request.Get(String.format("https://www.digistore24.com/api/call/<secret api key>/json/getPurchase?purchase_id=%s", "79MMBALX")) .connectTimeout(5000) .socketTimeout(5000) .execute().returnContent().asString(); and get this exception Unexpected error: java.security.InvalidAlgorithmParameterException: the trustAnchors parameter must be non-empty Since i can use this Servlet on my local computer without problems i assume that the configuration of the tomcat got corrupt. The servlet is thmuelle_licence if you want to look at your tomcat logs. If you want to check if the changes are effecting the servlet you can use the following call to check (you will get the correct response or a response with the stacktrace). http://tm-tradingzone.com/licence/api/call/checkDigistore Since i use the servlet for production i would appreciate if you can fix it very quickly. Thank you in advance. Kind regards Th. Müller
  7. Firewall can't be the problem. The exception is thrown only once and mostly when accessing the service after a while. So i think it has to do with the activation of the components. The outbound communication uses the standard https port.
  8. Thank you for your quick reply. I afraid that the answer is that the log is shared. So i will first try to change the logging methods to log into my own database. The original problem is that i get SocketExceptions and have no glue what causes them. I think it has to do with some timeout settings, because the 2nd and following requests after such an exception are always successful.
  9. Hi, i have a deployed war and running web-application. Where do i find the log outputs from my application? Thank you in advance Kind regards Th. Müller
  10. Hi, i just donated and want to be moved to production server. Thx a lot Transaction ID was 1UM56480L3313510P
